First Class

What To Expect On Your First Visit

The first session is designed to feel clear, welcoming, and elegant even if jazz still feels new in your body.

01

Choose The Right Starting Point

If you are new to jazz or coming back after a break, Beginner Jazz is the safest first class.

Need help placing yourself? Mention your dance background in the booking form.

02

Wear Something You Can Move In

Fitted training wear, socks, jazz shoes, or clean sneakers all work well for the first session.

Layers are helpful because warm-up starts softly and builds in intensity.

03

Arrive A Little Early

Arriving 10 minutes before class gives time to settle in, ask questions, and get comfortable in the room.

You do not need prior choreography knowledge before stepping in.

04

Expect Technique First, Performance Second

Class begins with musical grounding and clean mechanics, then grows into combinations with more texture and presence.

You will leave with corrections you can actually feel and remember.
